I was once in your shoes. For 13 years, I worked as a School Counselor, feeling unsure and stuck in a career path I didn’t know how to leave. The idea of transitioning into something entirely different felt overwhelming and out of reach. But I knew I needed a change. So, I gave myself a year to research, learn, and truly understand how to make the leap into remote work and start fresh in a new career field. Through determination, careful planning, and strategy, I made the transition. I found freedom. I left my job and gained the ability to travel the world while working remotely in roles that come with a 401K, health, and insurance benefits.
Now, as the CEO of Sills Empowerment Solutions, I want to help people like you find real remote jobs and build flexible careers that allow you to live with more freedom, work from anywhere, and create long-term change.
