Our programs are specifically designed to address the needs of people of color, moms, justice-impacted job seekers, and families who are striving to build a brighter future. We understand the unique challenges these groups face, which is why we offer tailored virtual classes and personalized guidance to help you overcome obstacles and create a career path that aligns with your goals. Our virtual classes and resources are designed to help you pursue higher education, acquire new skills, and secure fulfilling jobs that offer financial stability and flexibility. In addition, we assist individuals in finding scholarships and grants to help fund their educational and career goals. We believe that with the right support, every mother and family can thrive both personally and professionally.

Moms on A Mission

Moms do it all. From getting kids to and from school, packing lunches, helping with homework, cooking dinner, handling last-minute projects, transporting them to afterschool activities, attending parent-teacher conferences, scheduling appointments, and managing the household — all while holding down a job. But when you're working an in-person 9–5, the flexibility to handle real life just isn’t there. That’s why we help moms find careers that give them freedom, flexibility, and the time to actually be present — without sacrificing income or impact.
We also offer The Moms on a Mission Series that provides women with practical tools, a supportive community, and strategies to take on life’s challenges with confidence. This series focuses on creating space for personal growth, building resilience, and achieving goals that may have once felt out of reach. Legacy Reimagined is a career transition program created for educators ready to step beyond the classroom and individuals with justice-impacted histories who are ready to reclaim their future. This initiative equips you with the tools, confidence, and guidance needed to move toward fulfilling, sustainable careers that align with your values and lived experience.

Some participants are looking to pivot from years in education. Others are rebuilding after incarceration and ready to step into new possibilities. No matter the starting point, Legacy Reimagined helps turn experience into opportunity—and supports you in shaping a legacy on your own terms.
