Own the day-to-day health of the systems that Finance, Accounting, and People run on — NetSuite, UKG, Adaptive Insights, Numeric, and Zip. You'll keep close on track when a workflow breaks, keep access clean as the org grows, and set the standards for how our systems stack is configured, integrated, and evolved.
This is an individual-contributor lead role: you'll be the senior voice on system decisions across Finance, Accounting, and People, without a direct team. You'll translate business needs into system configurations and ship small fixes quickly, while owning the larger cross-functional systems initiatives that shape how the back office scales.
